They already sold skins for the operators and 4 extra operators through the Year one pass/Gold and ultimate editions.
No way to change it now unless they give a full refund to anyone who bought the Gold and ultimate editions or The year 1 + ultimate bundle

@BizzyVaping Then they can keep the Hero Classes but add in the old style classes for those who prefer it...
