@Ironhead841Assault is going to be unstoppable with Med Pen + 3x magazines + another gadget.
3 extra seems like a lot. It will be curious to see if that is tweaked and if it applies to all ammo types.
Yep, the assault and the sniper class "upgrade" are pretty concerning.
Oh well just have to see how it all shakes out I guess.
I also find it odd that the support gets "Faster SMG draw time" (what does that even mean?) but additional LMG magazines???
While engineers get better LMG accuracy (but not extra magazines?) and "Improved reload ability" for utility weapons.
Seems to me like Assault and Sniper class are getting a "buff" while Support and Engineer are just being restricted so basically a "nerf"

Thanks for sharing, do we know when these changes are coming yet. ? - X-Sunslayer-X3 years agoSeasoned Ace
in general i am against any perks that increase a weapons base performance, like the faster draw time (i think that means faster ADS or Sprint to fire?) for SMGs and the better accuracy in crouch or prone for LMGs...
Steady scope and more ammo are less contentious for... but we will have to see what happens.... End of January was the last I heard.

Adding the classes might be the straw that broke the camel's back for me and if I am going to play the game once it is added. To me it is unnecessary and they are only doing it to try to bring the ones back playing that were crying about classes. But those people are long gone and it will hurt the game more. There are many who like the freedom of play like it is now. If I do play I will not be providing teamwork like I used to and will only play for myself just to despise the changes and to show the ones that wanted classes that it doesn't bring teamwork with it.

I don't know about the camel's back, maybe their toe. However, I still feel like this is a waste of time when there are more pressing performance issues that still need to be addressed. Fix the core problems before spending time on changes that may even introduce more problems.

I think it's a comparison between the "old" perks and the new versions (read the top row above the proficiencies).
Classes won't receive both perks.
While I may not agree with you in regard to having a restrictive class structure (as we have had a few spirited debates over) and I even argued in favor of ditching the specialists and for a return to the class system.
But that was WAY back when this game first launched (almost a year ago now) THAT would have been the time to try something like this.
I don't like the idea of trying to shoehorn a class system into this game at this point (as I said a full YEAR after release) either, especially since it isn't really a class structure while specialists and their "abilities" are still a thing.
As others have said I would have rather had them spend time addressing the lackluster performance of their servers, hit-reg, net-code etc. etc.
Or adding a server browser/persistent servers as well as squad management.
