Something that raises my suspicion is when I see players very active in the in game text chat, producing long sentences in a time that can only be accomplished with a keyboard.
Knowing that MnK are not supported iin BF2042 on PS5, and what kind of a hassle it is to type using the controller, some kind of 3rd party device could be in play. Or they use voice to chat via the controller mic.
full sentences isn't a full proof way of knowing they're cheating...i can hook up my spare keyboard to my ps5 & use it for typing so when the typing in PS5 part comes up you can just start typing on my spare keyboard to talk to others quickly..i do this in Overwatch without overwatch providing MnK support, i dont know if you can use a mouse but a keyboard you can defs use so typing a full sentence quickly doesn't 100% mean they are using MnK for actual gameplay
i really hope though that EA & all developers do more to combat Cronus Zen & Ximmers
