Vehicle Spawning

So I think the “issue” here is that most vehicles that are spawned in at the start are available for the squad spawn only. 

For example, if I spawn a LATV, MBT, or Nightbird, only my squad mates can spawn on me at the start. This kind of makes sense so you don’t pull a vehicle for you and your squad only to have it filled up with random teammates.

If you spawn a MAV or a Condor/Hind you can have anyone spawn on you at the start. This makes sense as it is a dedicated transport vehicle and mobile spawn point for the whole team to spawn on at the start of or during the round.

I think the design here is that most vehicles should be operated by your immediate squad and thus are only available for your immediate squad to spawn into at the start of or during the round.

There are likely other contributing factors here like not enough vehicles or players not picking up other players at the start (a single occupancy LATV rushing a point).
