Vehicles shouldn't heal on their own.
As the title says, I think this ruins the game and makes the repair tool pointless when drivers and pilots just need to sit out of combat for only 15 seconds. It makes a lot of the vehicles to safe ...

The range of the Lis rocket is like 400 meters.
Not quite. That being said, When you shoot the missile up high like you suggested, that takes meters. You presume Lis is right there with plenty of room. In fact, you make alot of erroneous presumptions about Lis to make her seem far more powerful, to defend your EZMode healing.
If you are missing shots on tanks with a Lis missile that really shows how low your skill level is.
Considering how little you know of Lis, if youre getting hit by Lis rockets, learn to drive.

Remove Borg Regen from the game from everything, period.

We also have Engineer classes. Put that definition to use. When an engineer uses a repair tool, the healing occurs 33% faster. More Engineers, increase the amount and speed of healing.
