If so that would be franchise suicide. Alienate your already existing 10m+ playerbase to tap into a "new segment."
@Battlefield3_95 Now you might see this is over generalizing, but what if yes, they did lose 10m+ players, but gained 11+ players? From a business standpoint would that of been worth it to gain a million more players that could be possible purchasing cosmetics or DLC? Somewhat playing devils advocate but hopefully you can see my point.
