Video/TV screen boundaries

Is there any way of setting screen boundaries for console as I have found that the full screen crops out tabs and setting titles on all edges of the screen see photo attached.

    Thanks I'm on xbox one with an old Sony Bravia HD TV and found in menu >set-up> screen settings (not picture)>display area> "normal" or "full pixel".

    Changed the setting from "Normal" to "Full Pixel".

    This fixed my problem.
