@danbottomburp set everything on "Low"
It means it loads less useless clutter that is not enemy players and their vehicles.
Also it helps if you can either play at a higher resolution or to "simulate" the higher resolution with features like the DLDSR (which I use to render and downscale 1440p on a 1080p monitor).
