would never work in BF. even more so on 128 player servers.
it has been in the game before. but it out for good reason.
votes don't pass because there are too many on the server. And you get vote spam because too many on the server. and good luck knowing the vote starter's intentions or qualifications to judge whether or not someone should be kicked.
It worked quite fine in BF4 and honestly I've never seen abusement of this feature. There is always some stupid guy wanting to kick another guy but I can live with that. I can understand your concerns but I am sure there are more positive sides than negative.

Don't think that we have had vote-to-kick functionality since BF2 and BF3?
- @Trokey66 I remember it when playing the original Metro map (BF3 or 4?) - was definitely a private server.
