Weapon "sway" to be changed in 3.2 update
Per DrunkkZ via Twitter, should be an interesting patch to say the least.

@Ironhead841 looks like the proficiency will make it feel like it does now, but for other classes, it will feel worse than it does now.
Doesn't seem like too much of a game changer to me, I just thought everybody would want to know.
