@CantGetRight They're PVP only I'm afraid.
So I've gotten 10 take downs since I got home, and also noticed how buggy it is to initiate the takedown (Literally went behind dude controlling drone, and all it did was repeatedly slice his back till he died). and am not getting credit for the takedown. Everything else I got credit for pretty quick. Add this to another long list of bugs with this game.
Same issue. Repeatedly sneaking up on people only to slash them rather than a takedown, frustrating!
- @Banester I have allso noticed that you can stab/punch someone to death and get a "melee-kill" without any special treats, but with the same button you sometimes initiate the takedown-animation, and get the "dogtag taken screen". (even though those dogtags are nowhere to be found after that?)
Kind of wierd, or am I missing something?

I've been saying it for weeks.Can't takedown if they have a launcher out either or if you are crouched, you need to be stood up.
It's horrible if they are on a slope too.
