I guess you don't want me to play your game in that case. I've never seen a franchise so thoroughly ruined, and such an incomprehensible, tone deaf response from the Developer/Publisher.  RIP Battl...

I think specialist could get better. But on the other hand I do think that they water down the BF experience, bluring the rock/paper/scissors mechanic we had previously with classes.

it’s now more like the Swiss Army knife of rock&paper&scissors in character metas.

I also do not think the majority of people aren’t playing because of specialists. I think that particular issue is due to matchmaking and technical issues.

@FlibberMeister Exactly, I don't like the Specialists, I abhor them lol but I can tolerate their existence, but I stopped playing mainly because of the horrible performance on the PC, the bad maps, lack of Server Browser and content.
