Personally the map I loved the most out of the entire franchise was BF2's Karkand. To me, it had best of all worlds and styles of play.
- TankerFlanker5 years agoSeasoned Ace@rouvio It had kind of a middle eastern type vibe with a port didn't it? Like Hangars for midsized type boats when it was the last objective right. If thas that map I did enjoy it a good bit but I didn't get it often seeing how I did matchmaking most of the time.

What would be cool is if they combined certain maps into one big map for 128 players. Like if St Quentin's Scar and Amiens were on one map or if the made Warlord an extension to Karkand
- Trokey665 years agoSeasoned Ace@Noodlesocks This really the only way it would work for 128 players.
As much as I enjoyed a lot of the maps mentioned, they simply wouldn't work with that many players.- 5 years ago
Yeah, pretty much no previous Battlefield map would work well with 128 without feeling like a meat grinder except maybe some of the bigger ones like Bandar Desert and even then they might be on the small side.

@Noodlesocks Yeah I do think they'd have to combine maps. So with that in mind, I've got 4 maps:
- Combine all BF4 Final Stand maps since it was basically a 2042 preview (Giants of Karelia, Hangar 21, Hammerhead, Operation Whiteout)
- Gulf of Oman 2014 + Strike at Karkand (BF2/BF3) + Kubra Dam (BF2) + Bandar Desert (BF3 Armored Kill)
- Paracel Storm (BF4) + Operation Mortar (BF4 Naval Strike) + Wavebreaker (BF4 Naval Strike) + Wake Island (BF3)
- Dragon Valley 2015 + Caspian Border 2014 + Golmud Railway (BF4) + Death Valley (BF3 Armored Kill)
