Short answer: The Battlefield experience.
@Mackstan71 that`s a good one... ultimate description of the thriving problem even before 2042.
For me to keep playing, Id need:
1. The original real scoreboard
2. Server browser
3. Better XPs esp for repair and healing. Squad wipe. etc
4. A ton of skins to choose from
5. Cut the post one liners
6. cut the cinematics before match
7. persistent servers
8. stats
9. More weapons
10. Transport vehicles such as bikes (no weapons) example: Snow mobiles for breakaway
11. At least 4 new maps within the next 3-4 months
12. bring back levolution
IN short, it aint going to happen.

Maps are a mess in AOW
Visible vehicles.
The game has had to stay at least 1 year more in production. BF2042 wasn`t ready for launch before Xmas.
