Fights are chaotic because very few people bother to lead their squad anywhere, and if the squad leader is actively giving attack/defend orders. The squad members aren't paying them any attention.
This series over the years has succeeded in creating a culture where people join squads and teams with others only to ignore the team goal while they do their own individual thing on the map.
This in my opinion creates chaos in game modes like conquest more than anything else regardless of the player count.
- 3 years ago@Skill4Reel Its almost like the simple thing to do would be let players manage their own squads. like create/kick/lock the squads so they can enjoy the game with other players of the same mind set.
hmm maybe that is just to futuristic and the games today cant handle such advancement.- 3 years ago@DrunkwoIf
Yes. Only my thinking is about how so many crappy squads negatively effects the entire team, and while dropping the player count might seem like an easy fix. Ultimately it does nothing as teams are still full of players unwilling to play for their teams.
The squad features definitely should return, but ranked platoon play is the solution to creating balanced teams with less chaos no matter the player count. Battlefield does not have a ranked PTW ( Pllay To Win) environment for platoons or people that prefer to squad up with their friends. These are the team players that improve the quality of every match that they are in.
