you can choose your squad, not your team and it's not quite the same as the hind. plus you missed an ammo carrier in your loadout list. by your logic, you need two engineers with rockets, two vehicles, rao and irish and you will likely need an angel as well for ammo (angel and irish can be the vehicle gunners but you have to hope a blueberry doesn't take the vehicle and drive off) just to have a chance. and on top of that you will have infantry including snipers attacking you not just the hind. so that's 5 players and two vehicles. you don't think that indicates that the hind might be overpowered?
and at the end of the game everyone gets dumped out of the server and you gotta start over

@Prof3ss0r_M1k3 yes you need that if you meet a good super hind crew. But its the same struggle for the super hind. If the super hind dont have a good crew, you will die right away.
You will have 6 rokets in total if you have 2 people with m5. You can just redeploy and get new and spawn on your team again. Ammocrate is not needed.
If I am in a tank party, and the main gunner gets 60kills. And the 3 other players gets 30kills eatch, thats a 150kills. And am sure they died a couple of times too. Mabye like 4-5 times eatch. So thats 20-25 deaths in total. All in the tank might not get all kills while they are in the tank, but they are still part of the crew.
If we then look at the super hind, all kills will be on the main gunner. He might get 100kills, but the side gunners wont get any becouse its very hard to hit with the 30mm. Mabye they get like 20kills eatch. So thats a total og 100-140. If you then add the total times the chopper went down, and all the deaths from the the guys that repair it makes no diffrence from a good tankcrew. its about the same as the tank.
So tank vs super hind with a good crew is pretty equal in the numbers.
And for the record I also hate begin killed by the super hind, but its the same hate for the tank.
Try it for yourself and you will see the numbers are the same.
- @Anonymous so you are arguing that there is nothing wrong with the hind? because from what i have seen in the forums that isn't what many other people think. the majority of the posts i have seen regarding balancing of the hind indicate that the hind has too much firepower to be as "tanky" as it is

@Prof3ss0r_M1k3 I know, Ive seen the post too. But that wont change the numbers. Most people dont even count the kills right. Like I said before, 6 people working together as infantri can get equal as mutch kills as the 6 people working together in the Super Hind. So they are wrong. The Super hind can be powerfull, yes. But the odds of getting a good crew is very low. Most of the time you will just fly around with bad gunners who cant shoot or no gunners at all. And you will actually have less kills then the 6 infantri players combined.
The thing about the negative posts always show a small clip, and use that as evidence and never show the full fight. If it is that powerfull why wont they show it from a defenders perspective and upload the full fight on youtube for everyone to see, so we can go true the number and look for ur self if the numbers are way out of balance. It should be multiple of them by this time. The only videos that I see is gameplays of people flying and does a good job. But I can see that for every role in this game. Ive even seen people going 250kills just playing infantri by them self and not cheat.
But there are a couple of things that I think its wrong in the game. The spawn for the super hind is too close to the enemy spawn in breakthroug. Its like the Super hind is there second the games start and defenders wont have any time to locate the incoming danger. It would be nice if the spawn was 5-10 seconds slower or further away. I also think they should go back to the breakthroug we had in bf1. It was so cool becouse we had everything in it. I think this also would help so people wont only go with the attacking forces becouse they only want to fly. It would also be nice if defenders had accsess to wildcats from the beginning and in the last sector. - @Anonymous Hitting a superhind is more difficult than hitting a tank. Especially with the so called 'dedicated' AA launcher. I cant think of a vehicle that has a more forgiving countermeasure. The whole flying in BF2042 is easymode because of this. The Hindcrew can dominate the map where a tank cannot.
I too and a Hind and Condor pilot. What you said is spot on. Especially after this latest update that changed the damage models, the Hind in particular is becoming not worth using

@Wargame_Enj0yer Yes, it can be hard to hit the super hind. But ground vehicals can be protected with APS, super hind cant. So tanks are hard to hit as well. But it depends on how good your team are using the APS. But you can do the same thing with the tanks, but in a diffrent way. Am sure you have meet a tankcrew that wont die, they just go on and on and on for the rest of the game. But if DICE would nerf Super hind even more, the numbers would be so low there are no point even having it in the game. If the super hind only can go 60-80kills with 6 people. That is 80kills : 6people =¨13,3kills eatch for a 20min round. Thats so low I could just go infantri and get 3 times as mutch. There are almost no one that deploys from transport helis. Either they shoot, or its empty. Its not like we will have the entire team waiting for a seat so they can jump out. And for the most part we dont get any higher then this, only those crazy good pro pilots with super good gunners do. And that is the same for every role in the game.
Then I play solo as an defender without my squad. I always use the soflam. I dont care how many times I die or how many I kill. The only thing thats matter is getting those vehicals down asap and secure the win. If people would play in the same way it would not be that hard to bring it down. Teamwork matters. But it sems like am the only person doing the work no one wants to. But almost every time I do, we win. I wish DICE could make it so then the vehicals goes down, you will get kills or assist for soflam so more people use it. In almost evey map I play, I never see anyone use it what so ever, even tho its so simple and so effective. And then people are that lazy, only focus on their own k/d and not the win you deserv to loose. Its never what you want, its what you need to do. I aslo explained it in detalj in another post on how to kill a good super hind or condor, so pls look it up.
