What the heck is the M5C Bolte Missile launcher for?

The hit markers for vehicles are one of the things that needs to be addressed still. It's hard to tell when anything is hitting a vehicle really. But the rockets do work, and work well if you fire them from a distance towards your target. They need a second to get a lock on after they're fired but once they do they'll follow moving targets both on the ground and in the air. I've even taken out low flying jets with them.
