G3, AN-94, or some analogue of those (like the SCAR in 4 for the G3, etc)
Basically anything that handles/performs like the 7.62 weapons in 3/4, the rest is situational and i'll use what's provided/needed.
Would be neat to have some 2142 related weapons like Battlefield 4 had.

Which is already confirmed to be in Portal for the BC2 and BF3 US factions.
So in that case my real answer would be the 2042 version of it.
