I'm sure you will like it and see they did work hard to make the game.
If you get the Gold bundle you will see you get 4 battle pass for the first year so it's a ok .
If you are playing the warzone you will see you need to pay or buy every bundle there too so it's the same 🙂

I remember playing 1942 at an Internet cafe a few times, but Vietnam was the first official one I bought and I’ve loved the series ever since. I think I’ve owned nearly all of them since Vietnam, including some of “lesser” ones like Online or 1943.
If I had to say, I think Battlefield 2 and Bad Company 2 are my favorites.
