I've pretty much only ever played FPS games for the online multiplayer, so BF has usually been a favourite for me.
BF2-PC since its trial (beta) back in 2005, loved it.
BF2142, loved it.
BC2 it was good enough.
BF3 loved it.
BF4 really liked it, though I only played it later.
I didn't fancy getting the other BF games.
I'm sure I'll probably love BF2042, so I've already pre-ordered the ultimate edition.
Other favourite FPS-multiplayer games:
Wolfenstein Enemy Territory back in 2004-5.
Planetside 2 since alpha, off/on casually.
