After seeing the poll for classes vs specialists that has seen a lot of activity on these forums, I was reminded of melee takedowns.
I really dislike the switch to 3rd person takedowns from the 1st person takedowns that the previous games had.
Ignoring bugs on how sometimes the takedowns just don't work, who here prefers this recent switch?
Who here would have preferred 1st person takedowns?
Terrible. Ez fix: make optional.
The dud club does indeed explode. Though I have no idea if it exploding is probability based or condition based.

Totally agree on both fronts.
The third person takedown is likely a decision to show off your skin to you and was to encourage micro transaction (skin) purchases. Obviously that’s all out of the window atm but yet again we pay the price for poor management decisions.
