DICE TeamAs a short summary that is because "simple" bugs don't take priority over bugs that have a more severe impact on gameplay.
@Straatford87 This is an issue that is there since day one, as are the ADS issues. Both are most likely rooted in the core mechanics of the game. If you still try to find it, why it happens sometimes with some items, you look at the wrong place.
