Why are some players impossible to kill with a full accurately aimed magazine?

probably has something to do with players being able to upgrade armor, etc.

Thanks Duane, my opponents do not seem to have poor hit registration though with instant single haedshots often while running. jumping or passing by in chopper.   Also I am complaining about very close combat often with me behind them.  My shots do not miss but just do not kill them.  This also appears to be the same for other players with the same bulletproof player as I see them take down many other players and continue on.

Clearly this is overt and blatant cheating and seems commonplace with high rankers (thats how they got their ranks) though there is a wave of rank 3 or so players coming along with the same cheat set.

@UrPlayisFakeI been seeing this a lot and not sure if it was just me or the hitreg playing up (pretty sure its the hitreg as seen other players still having issues with this). Many times i have fired rounds into someones face only for them to turn around and kill me. Its turning more into COD each day, bad enough that people just run jump slide run jump slide slide jump run everywhere now

Gentlemen, all, it cannot be hit reg issues if they can turn and one shot kill you.  Presumably they either have a fix for hit reg issues or cheats.

My money is on cheats 

I am not saying hit reg issues do not occur or exist merely that rank cheating is commonplace.

I am being shot through several ship hulls or buildings (not gaps)!

For God's sake its cheating and the scum needs banning forever as they are not gamers.  They should be so easy to spot as they are poor tactically and have high kd ratios.  This alone should focus attention for banning.  Any overseer or admin should spot them easily.
