Why are the graphics worse than Battlefield V?

Why are the graphics worse than Battlefield V? I do not get it. If DICE does this for the previous generation consoles, the graphics are downloaded to them and that's it, I don't understand why those of the PC platform, at least, we have to suffer this.
This has been a step back in terms of graphics and I see that many people are disappointed as well.

DICE, you still have time to fix this game and make it one of the best of the entire decade and so far this century.

To make Battelfields with this quality, you don't even release them to the market, or at least you don't announce any release date for the game, not even in the long run. Finish the game and when you want, decide a departure date.
