Why are they nerfing the Night bird?
It's the only helicopter that's actually half decent at killing infantry and it takes a good pilot with good aim for it to be effective. I think Dice needs to reconsider.

Survivability in the Night bird depends on the skill of the pilot. So you're saying the Night bird should be nerfed because of you're own inability to take out a good pilot and the skilled pilots should be punished. That sounds a** backwards to me.
You're joking right? The Anti Air is whats overpowered. I can tell the good players apart from the bad by the amount of crying they do.
@Anonymou88Because a pilot with a particularly good aim and do terribly high damage to other aircraft with the miniguns. Including deleting attack helicopters within the time frame of the flare anti AA immunity.
I have not seen however enough use of the 20mm for it to also warrant the upcoming nerf though.
I assume that because the Night bird is categorised as a transport, they want to make it more focused on supporting than on pure attack power.
Good players don't constantly b**** and moan for everything to get nerfed that's what scrubs do.

While I agree with that statement here, one should calm down a bit.
These changes seem to come more from the gameplay data that DICE have than some moaning, same with the Attack heli changes to the "orbital bombardment".
Because DICE doesn't have the slightest clue how to balance the game none of the team even plays the game CLEARLY.
Don't worry, Nightbird is not alone, Dice will nerf all vehicles/weapons/gadgets. Dev in DICE just can't get the point how BF series success and still want to educate players what a good game should be. How ridiculous!
When you get hit by ltitle bird rockets it literally roots you to the ground. It's like your stuck in a spider web.
I think they're nerfing all of that, or fixing the games netcode because once you get hit in a barrage of rockets you basically can't move, which makes it busted af.
