Why dice remove Battlefield core mechanics from 20-42 ?

@Kyosji Reading comprehension obviously isn't your strongest attribute. I never once told him that he shouldn't make the post. Re-read what I wrote until you get it. 

They could not figure out how to program it, so it was easier to remove it in order to reach the deadline.

@Kyosji And as I stated in a different response, I agree that those things should be in the game. Or did you miss that too?

But eventually I'm pretty sure they will add scoreboard and VoIP is coming. 

@Man_iLoveFishing The scoreboard isn't a game breaker for me, but the voice chat is much needed.

@Kyosji Pot calling the kettle black? Anytime someone says they like the game or defends it in any way, you trash talk them and the game. Each to their own? Some like it and some don't. YOU don't have a right to try and change their mind, yet you always seem to.

A Server browser is nice to have but in the way the Matchmaking is working I think it is not needed. In my Observation the Matchmaking always tries to create full server.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is unlucky that you put back-to-back into the same map.

My suggestion to this is that it would be nice when DICE would put an option to select you favourite maps which will be played in your rotation.

And I can’t complain about the latency it is always around 15-20ms which is nice for me on128player server

As I mentioned in some threads before a classic scoreboard is forcing the wrong teamplay.

I don’t need a K/D, in a game like Battlefield don’t show that you have skill.

Without knowing how you have obtained it is worth nothing, maybe you are a Distance Bolte camper, a nightbird flag famer and so on.

And if you think there is a Cheater report him via in game options or make a screenshot and report it to the support.

DICE has already given a comment about the Voice chat so be patience and look what they will give us.

And turning of all chat is a good thing I'm happy that there is no trash talk or toxicity.

And BF2042 is not the first game where all chat is not in or is removed, maybe some World of Tanks?

And I have read it right even Riot has removed it in some Parts of League if Legends because of toxicity.

Yes, creating and joining a squad in a round is a nice QoL feature and I hope dice Bring it back.

Even me as solo player have used now and then.

I can understand why DICE has removed the option:

1. It stops winning team joining.
2. And I have read that DICE is balancing the Team on the round start (which would be scrambled up with switching teams)

So, I’m ok that this option is not in game.

On the other hand, this brings compromises, such as the fact that it is more difficult to find a match with a premade team.

This may also explain the squad size of 4 players (although the squad size of 4 has been a trend in gaming for some time)

So, this are my thoughts on this topic.

@Chief2GFD  I don't think it's right to say people are beating a dead horse, everyone has a right to state their preferences and ask for missing core elements etc. They paid their money so have the right to air their dissatisfaction. 

It doesn't matter how many posts / threads there are, if the mods want they can amalgamate threads  anyway. I personally think it is right to add weight to the growing calls to have the game improved as it is currently in an unacceptable state. I believe if all these threads disappeared then it would seem we have all grown to like / accept the game in it's current state. 

That is why I will always comment on threads discussing the missing server browser as that is my own personal pet hate. I will stop posting about it the minute we get a server browser.

People need an outlet for their frustration with this game and this official forum is for all things regarding BF2042, good or bad. I personally hope that BF2042 can be turned round and we eventually get the game we had hoped / paid for.

@CountSeroAnd then I can say about scoreboard: you can do everything that you mentioned without proper scoreboard. Why scoreboard is useful? You see teams overview and activity. I can see against who I'm competeting.

Team change, well Idk, if winner team joins, more space for me to join loosing team to help out. That's how I did in every fps game, if I know I am good, I have no reason to competete in winners team, more fun to help loosing team. Just my gaming style.

Edit: Actually there is a glitch to kill teammates in bf3, also might be reason they took team change out, never tried in bf4.
