They’re bad. Really, really, really bad.Bad at close range, bad at long range(in lieu of having heavy barrel), and bad at mid range. They doing nothing well. They do nothing even moderately average. They have no role. You’re better off with a pistol.Machine guns are unfortunately a waste of Dev time for they guys and gals that modeled these nice looking weapons. MGs are a waste of time for players as well. Pull out your pistol and at least you’ll have a fighting chance.

you gotta be trolling, the MGs are two of the best guns in the game, certainly the pkp.... i would rank them in the top 5, right behind a few SMGs lol. like wtf are you talking about?!?!?!

What are you talking about? LMGs are amazing.Sure you won't be firing faster than SMG and not more precise than Sniper Rifle but they their niche and while leveling PKP i felt really powerful.

FYI you’re going to have to use them for weekly challenge.
Kind of besides the point. Every weapon in game should excel at doing something and should fulfill a role. If not, remove them from game and never link these weapons to a weekly challenge.

@theBus2142“Was” being the key word. Back some time in December they tweaked it a bit and it was real nice. Not any more.

The PKP isn't the slayer it used to be several months ago back when it was the meta gun. Once you get used to the recoil it's still a solid gun though. The LCMG has never had much recoil and has good hipfire. I'd put it over the PkP as of right now.

@GovntTookMyBaby So it’s obvious you’re not playing much as of late. The PKP was strong back some time starting in late December after DICE tweaked it. Apparently they tweaked it again and it’s now well below average.
