Why do you release a new map 1 day early for streamers only?
Is there any logical reasoning for this? Why not just release it for everybody on the same day? It makes no sense.

@Sohsuh Its not "Early access". They're playing separate build of the game available for a select group of people. A closed test if you will.
They don't keep any progress or unlocks from it since their main accounts are not linked to it.
Its just an advertisement move aimed to create more "Hype" around the launch. Most game devs do that.

The vids created by these creators will likely reach a few thousand additional people who either forgot S6 launches tomorrow or weren't previously aware. Fringe customers.
This strategy gives that set of fringe customer a touch of extra motivation to check out S6 - as now they get to say "I was one of the first".
You don't see the value because there isn't any for you. This marketing is targeted towards a different group.

It makes no logical sense.I will try to simplify: For a certain group of people there is a greater desire to own something if they can't have it (yet).
Where i live, drinking alcohol was prohibited on the beach.
Most young people drank all day on the beach secretly.This year it is legal to consume alcohol on the beach. I haven't seen many people drinking.
