Why is there an anti matter sniper rifle?

anti material rifles have been in the last 2 battlefield games

Anti-materiel rifles such as the Panzerbuchse and the Boys AT were in Battlefield V. BF1 had K bullets for sniper rifles that fulfilled the same anti-vehicle role.
