Why is there no Death Casper skin in the event rerun?

One of the highlight skins of the original Battle of Nordvik run was Casper's Death skin. It's easily one of his best skins of all. Why is it not back for the rerun?? Instead we got essentially a duplicate Lis skin that looks almost exactly like the store bundle version for week 2?

I started playing after the original run of the event so I missed that Casper skin, and Casper is my most played specialist so I was really looking forward to the skin coming back. But instead it's just gone now? It makes no sense that one of the main skins that's even shown in all the art for both the event and rerun isn't there.

    I would really like to see some response on why the devs chose to not include it in the rerun. If it is some kind of mistake or if they are even aware of it would be good to know. This is so disappointing, DICE really needs some wins here and they can't even do this rerun without making it a flop in some way or another.

    @SVND0WN Don't worry, it will be available for free during weekly rewards for getting 60 ribbons. Should be next week.

    @UP_LordPlumber Unless they are planning on suddenly reducing the Leviathan Rising rerun to 1 week and also removing the Battle of Nordvik store bundles for the last week of its run for some reason, no, it won't be. The redux event is 6 weeks. 2 weeks per rerun. There is no third week for Battle of Nordvik, each rerun only gets 2 weeks each.

    I thought I would go through and pick out every time they advertised the skin in the ads they post for the event. It is shown everywhere. The skin appears in nearly every single video or piece of artwork advertising the event.

    There are even more times than these 6 (six!) instances that it's advertised, but posts are limited to 3 images each so I'll leave it at these blatant ones.

    Just bumping this because it makes no sense. Sick of investing any kind of money into the game when completely inexplicable choices are made like this. They can't even milk their monetization correctly. This is how you lose paying customers, DICE.
