Why is there no option to disable lens flare!?

Question

I know battlfield is supposed to be cinematic but my soldier doesnt have a camera for a head. So i shouldnt see raindriops and lights flaring from my soldiers eyes. Why cant we disable this. This is normal setting for PC in all games. Embarresing that its not there

@Ok-EvEn What lens flare do you talk about?The lights from buildings and the sun?It would be nice to give us some screenshots

@Ok-EvEn There’s a ray tracing option in 2042. Turn that off. Vignette, all that stuff can be off. It may reduce some of it, but know it’s still going to be blinding at some angles.

@Ok-EvEn Do you have ray tracing on? The lighting effects in 2042 aren’t great, V wasn’t anything to write home to mom about either. Somehow devs think it’s more realistic. I still think they should offer polarizing sun glasses in the Store, I’d get some.

@ATFGunr no RTX on. I know battlefield V had this but you could turn it off. They had a lens distortion option. From what i remember last time i played bf2042 this was a thing, also browsing some reddit posts. Looks like it was removed for some reason. Its just dumb.
