Why is Weapon Projectile Speed and Weapon Dispersion (Bloom) so bad on Vehicles?

I've been playing BF4 for a couple days and I realized one thing that made that game feel so much better is the increased Projectile Speeds and lack of Weapon Dispersion (Bloom) for Vehicles and Infantry. In BF2042 it is super frustrating to hop in a vehicle like the Wildcat or the Nightbird only to be met with super slow projectile speeds and insane amounts of bloom that make the weapons super underwhelming and sometimes frustrating to use. The same goes for infantry as well since it also suffers from the slow weapon projectile speeds. I hope Dice does some kind of overhaul to the projectile speeds as well as bloom because in its current state it make many of the vehicles as well as infantry gameplay extremely frustrating.
