Why on earth im not able to refund from sony
I just dont understand they dont give my money back!!
The game is a total trash specially compared to bf1.im on ps5 and cant get in a single match without crossplay.tired of dying against pc player...

@LlamaWithKatana Depending on which country falcon-9279 is based in return policies don't mean crap against commercial law, of which fair trading practices and consumer guarantees are a large part of. They have definitely been breached in my country and a refund can be requested and must be given.
My account region is us.i tried to explain but they just repeat the same thing like bots: unfortunately you can only request if you haven't played the game in 14 days.i wonder how should i be aware of the games problem if i dont install it.i literally dont know what to tell them.if you have any suggestions let me know

Afaik they really don't have a whole lot of obligations in the USA if that's where you are. I'm not a lawyer so I can't give legal advice, but I can say if you are 100% on wanting the refund from whomever you purchased BF2042 from, then there will definitely be hurdles, but I firmly believe that it can be achieved with pushback. for example i just spent the last 10 minutes in a portal official conquest match completely alone, no-one joined and there are no bots.
What I'm saying is the only option is to give Sony no option but to refund the purchase, collect proof of the technical issues and general consumer distaste for the game and continue pushing.
