i choose mackay to test the moving speed when you open the scope, and it seems that other AR is 3.25m/s, and AK-24 is 2.75m/s and it is 2.25m/s-2m/s without mackay

It got nerfed actually, prior 3.2 update. I've got T3 before update, after 3.2 went live I T1'd SFAR because AK-24 damage and slow RPM doesn't quite competitive. For now, you might pick another AR because AK-24 are no match for K30, AM40,PBX-45 or PP-29.
So is that the reason that nobody seems to use AK-24?

From my perpective, yeah. Combine that with poor hit registration and you've got yourself a disaster. I wrote in another threads, Dice seem to favoring vehicles and SMG much this time around, more often than not, your AK-24 are useless again PBX-45 at 25m, consider yourself lucky if you can kill same opponent within 50m.
not exactly, but i am sure it will influence some players who used to play AK24. As for me i am considering using the new ar.
