Why was the Quickdraw Holster Tactical Updgrade removed?

As far as I could see none of the update notes mentioned it being removed.

@ATFGunr  It's about Hazard Zone. -- I can't remember seeing any changes mentioned but it could be worth going over patch notes.

@ElliotLHI think the Quickdraw Holster got removed in Season 1: Zero Hour, update #1.0.0 when Lis and Exposure were being brought into the game. It didn't get mentioned that it was gone in that update.
