@InS_Hypno I've had a look at it myself in-game and I can tell you that its rate of fire is definitely too high. It's one of the fastest firing side gunner modules and is very likely unintended. It would be more balanced if it had a fire rate that's equivalent to the other firing modules.
Granted the Flak module I used had "AA" in its name, so maybe its damage against infantry needs to be toned down whilst maintaining its damage against aircraft.
