Will Battlefield 2042 be playable with a mouse and keyboard on Xbox series S?

    Hey all, I've gone ahead and locked this thread as it is going nowhere good.

Hey @Acheul I am not aware of any plans for the game to support mouse + keyboard in console.

    That’s really a shame, I played most if not all of the Battlefield games, moved over to Xbox Series S and started playing Call of Duty because its KBM compatible and its such a great game. I really think COD got it right to make it KBM compatible you just have so much more players that prefer to play with KBM rather than with a console. I really hope that they will bring this into the new Battlefield.

      @Acheul How is it a shame it's not an even playing field, look at all the cheaters and hackers in warzone and cod too. Yeah it makes it sooo much better for console players that can't react with the speed and accuracy of a m&k, and so much more players? more like a small minority that's on the wrong platform.

        At the end of the day its your choice right, you could play with a console or if you prefer you could play with KBM. To my understanding you cannot cheat on the console, it’s only the PC players that currently have the ability to cheat.

    They 100% should add mouse and keyboard to the next gen consoles when crossplay with PC is enabled! When turning crossplay with PC off they can disable it again imo. But it’s 2021 with the battlefield Portal 120fps and crossplay it’s 100% mandatory for battlefield in 2021! It’s embarrassing not to have it
