@Trokey66 If you want to play that game... one could easily ask "why should the game originally developed for PC change the input just for console players?"
So for an inclusion of the KBM on console isnt out of the question when using your own argument.

@QuinReisenNot really.....
There was no Battlefield on console before Bad Company (console specific) after which the franchise was 'all platform' with the console versions not supporting KB&M.
Until the development of emulators, console was pure controller so of course, games on console are going to be controller only, that is a no brainer.
Choose your platform, choose your input device.

Thanks God we are evolving. And now we can use multiple inputs in all platforms @Trokey66.
And by the way, consoles are tiny PCs these days. The main difference would be the OS.
- OkamiToge4 years agoSeasoned Ace@Tifanofauvo How are they like a PC besides the fact that they can play games? I play on console by choice because I enjoy it for what it is, and you PC players want it to become what you want instead of what it is and always has been. Consoles = controllers, PC = k&m besides there is a clear advantage k&m users have besides all the settings they can tweak and I don't even need to get into all the problems with the c******s word.
I would be completely fine with k&m on consoles, as long as you're all put into a k&m separate lobby from controller users in any sort of competitive game.- 4 years ago@TankerFlanker Thats the point. Since there is crossplay between PC and consoles, adding mouse and keyboard support and having such users go against PC players or other K&M users is the way to go and it doesn't break the game balance at all. Controller users have the option to opt out of this if they don't want to play with other PC players or use a M&K so there is no harm to people who prefer using a controller. Without M&K support every console player will opt out of playing with PC and the whole 'crossplay' option would become a waste of time after console users realize they cannot compete with PC players.
I bought a ps5 because I couldn't afford a PC and a lot of people probably did the same and not adding K&M support to consoles would be a missed opportunity. COD does it and no one has complained about it so far.

@Trokey66
Have you ever used a mouse & keyboard for gaming?
- Trokey664 years agoSeasoned Ace@Popa2caps Did that have native M&KB support by the way?
