For everybody out there camped back in BF4 and not done the hours in BF1 and BF5 are in for a big shock when BF2042 drops. Over the last 2 titles DICE have been refining the multiplayer mechanic with for consoles with 64+ players and 60 tick rate game play to this out come. Despite all the cut and paste meaningless quotes from youtubers DICE have brought a whole generation of console players to 64p battlefield and come up with playable gun mechanic and playable fun large scale battles between randoms.. If this weeks assignment is 50 revives you get revived all match by randoms. Ad 100 resupplies to that list and ammo everywhere. It's been subtle, sometimes annoying but works at keeping a bunch of randoms on point and doing the team thing. Player motion is much improved, gun play is better, the argument that we need to stick to 8 year old (if it ain't broke don't fix it) gunplay from BF4 is completely invalid. It was broken.
SO if you want an early introduction to BF2042 go fine some BF1 Operations servers or jump into some DICE Pacific maps rotations and play some breakthrough from both ends to give you a sense of whats coming down the line for BF2042.
Because spamming it up in 24/7 metro lockers servers or zerging around conquest severs for the win is not going to help you what is going to be served up in BF2042.
Oh and Levelcap has already put up a top 5 concerns about BF2042. This will be the template used by all the haters post launch when the game actually turns out not to just be a BF4 reskin.
Which I am quite looking forward to.
Well, people definitely are too demanding but we'll just just have to wait and see how 2042 pans out - I'm guessing this'll be the new standard
My Hype is gone since i started to Read some Information about this Game.
Map Design was awful in the last few Games, Now we are getting huge Maps with more Players. Classes are gone and replaced by some lame specialists.
My expectations were high, but as more as i Read about the Game, they are getting lower and lower. Right Now i am Not Expecting anything, because Dice didnt learn from the Mess with BFV.
