Will BF2042 become the best BF ever or are we too demanding these days?

Personally I am totally hyped for this next BF version! Older versions with 'modern' weapons got me hooked to this franchise, but the two most recent versions BF1 and BFV left me highly disappointed...

@CyberDyme I don't know. I think the community at large is measured. It's been a while since Battlefield delivered right out of the gate...Battlefield 3. Consider that was 10 years ago lol.

I'm hyped and the numbers on BF4 right now suggest the community is ready and hopeful.

AI bots should be fine if Battlefront 2 is any indication. It think Specialist is them trying to avoid a situation where most play Engineer on these larger maps with heavy vehicle content.

Hard to say. BF4 is 8 years old. A lot of newer players from BF1 and BFV will be hyped to try something totally new, so there's that.

    I posted suggestions long ago for the upcoming BFV .

    Not demands exactly , more like 'it'd-be-nice-to-see's' .

    Use bits and pieces of past successes I said , but . . .

    Ease up a bit on the Heroes-ish customization silliness .

    Here I feel that they actually did ease up (despite Siegfried) so . .

    The Game turned out pretty much as I'd sugg-guessed-ed .

    I therefore feel no need whatsoever to in any way alter or change this suggested formula of mine for their (and our) future success .

    Carry On.

        The best Battlefield game to date was BF2.
