I don't see any information about 1080 and 1440p modes, just 4k at 60fps, I think this is an important information in a competitive shooter game.

@MrRockArm I am confident the game will run 1080p, 120fps. Not sure it will support 1440p for consoles and you already mentioned 4K.
Since the game supports 4K, it will run in 1080p. Since 4K is literally 4 times the screen area of 1080p, the display downscaling for that is simple.
As for the refresh rate, the Microsoft Store page for Battlefield 2042 page specifically says “60 fps+” :

Series X can run Battlefield V at 120hz, so I think it is highly likely that we see the same for Battlefield 2042.
Series X and PS5 I would sure hope runs at 1440p 60FPS minimum. We shall find out soon.
I'm also curious what resolution BF2042 will run at 120fps. If it runs 1080p then the picture will probably look sharper on a 1080p monitor, instead of 1440p monitor.

Not sure personally what would be my choice, if we even have anything to say in that regard. As most probably going to be a central set standard by EA.
The 2K at 60FPS would look great on the screen, but for gameplay mechanics, hit registration etc, then then HD mode at 120 FPS is probably to be preferred!?
