Under “Capabilities” Yes, what dude above said 👍👍
Looking forward to rollin this on the PS5.
I only saw 60fps + but not 120fps😕

Yeah me too @TuiskuSuomaa ,
But @carsono311 's link to a Xbox page does quote the 120 FPS, which is a big surprise to me, as haven't seen/heard EA representatives themselves yet commit to this. Only the 60 FPS. And the PS5 world also only refer to the 60 FPS spec.
Yes, both the Xbox X/S and the PS5 can run in 120 FPS mode, but if the game is not designed for it and utilizing it, then it doesnt matter because your frame rates will not improve above the aka 60 FPS then. Its a bit like the resolution on your screen. If a photo is taken with an old camera at 800x480 pixels, then that is what is being shown on your screen, even if you have a 4k screen..
Now Xbox has been promoted as 'partner' by EA for the Battlefield franchise, so maybe that is giving them a headstart on something. But would be interested to see EA come out with their clear specs for all their supported platforms, including PS5 and PCs. Its miserable that we are getting so close to launch and they have still not done so.

Under “Capabilities”I'm not sure if they updated it or I just can't find it but all I see is the 60+ fps.
1080p at least for series s hopefully
- carsono3115 years agoSeasoned Ace@Stuyvezant I am not sure what exactly you want to see / hear. Each manufacturer has openly advertised 120hz refresh rates for several games with more on the way. BFV is able to hit 120fps on next-gens.
Now, if you want steady 120fps and 4K… I can confidently tell you that will not be coming to console. - @Player55 hate to burst your bubble mate, but with the limitations of current consoles with a map of 128 players you would have to choose between frame rate or good video quality. maybe if they kept the 64 player maps and same size it would be possible, but dice decided to make the maps bigger. it could be possible on TDM though

Yes it will but a lot of people including myself that have purchased 4k tvs are finding out that you have to have a HDMI 2.1 connection on your TV or Monitor for any game to play in true 120 hz . I purchased a Samsung 55 inch 2 years ago and it does not have HDMI 2.1 just 2.0. The best that my TV will do is 1440p at 120 HZ. You can get 2160P with a hdmi 2.1 connection. I will say this though at 1440p at 120 on the Xbox X it made Battlefield 4 look and play like a new release. Especially on the 45 hz servers.
