XSX: No servers on console when cross play is off?

I just bought the game on XSX and am trying to find servers to play via the Portal section, but there's literally none when I have cross play turned off. I have to have cross play turned on in orde...

@ElliotLH They need to remove the 16 player start limit. I thought that’s was the ai back fill was for.

@SilverJackal96 It would be helpful to have the AI kick in at a lower number of human players. There are also players who have trouble connecting because of where they live, and changing it so there was a lower start limit with the AI would help them out.
