XSX: No servers on console when cross play is off?

I just bought the game on XSX and am trying to find servers to play via the Portal section, but there's literally none when I have cross play turned off. I have to have cross play turned on in orde...

I can't even get any servers on pc. I can't even use the battle pass i have paid for as i can't get any games. Im going back for round 2 of trying to get a refund on this game

    Yet you can hop on BF4 on Xbox and via server browser find a match 24/7.

      I'm in OCE (australia) yea I had it turned on
