XSX: No servers on console when cross play is off?

I just bought the game on XSX and am trying to find servers to play via the Portal section, but there's literally none when I have cross play turned off. I have to have cross play turned on in orde...

how do we switch to xbox one version? are EA/dice every going to fix this,

@FRUITBATMAC If you have the digital Standard version, or Gold/Ultimate Edition then you'd just install the Xbox One game from the store.
