XSX: No servers on console when cross play is off?

I just bought the game on XSX and am trying to find servers to play via the Portal section, but there's literally none when I have cross play turned off. I have to have cross play turned on in orde...

For the first couple of months, I had cross-play turned off.  Since then it has always been turned on.

On Xbox One and Xbox X/S, we can fire up BF4, a game that’s been out for over w decade, and easily find a match via SERVER BROWSER pretty much any time of day or night. Even more so with BF1 and BFV thanks to the SERVER BROWSER and map rotations.
