You need to set the player movement speed slower like BF1 & BFV

Players are running too fast, the movement pace is unrealistic, this might be ok for kids games but not Battlefield. Compare the player speed of BF1 & BFV and you will see how unrealistic BF2042 is....

It appears that my thoughts were correct, the tactical running speed of a solder in BF2042 is the fastest of the recent Battlefield game at 7.25m/s - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h6JIH7-h8VQ

Again, in my opinion, this increased speed is to appeal to the Battle Royale players who like fast paced action.

Battlefield 1 - 6.04m/s

Battlefield 5 - 6.04m/s

Battlefield 3 - 6.5m/s

Battlefield 4 - 6.5m/s

Battlefield Hardline - 6.75m/s (not really a Battlefield game)

Slower player movement does not automatically make it a Milsim 🤨
