1FPS all the time

Been having this issue since i bought the game 2 weeks ago.

Almost every time i launch the game i only have 1 fps all the time. I recorded the whole process of opening the game from Steam to joining a game.

My CPU usage is really low like you can see in the video near the end. At the beginning it's around 10% but the more time goes by the lower it drops around 1 - 3%.

When it works the CPU is around 70%.

I haven't found anyone else with this exact issue.

What i've tried so far: Deleting cache, reinstalling game, changing the game location to another ssd, starting from folder, starting as admin, turning off threaded optimization/changing

these settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel, verifying integrity of game files, restarting pc and opening nothing but the game after restarting.

It does work sometimes without issues for hours but when i come back to play later, it starts with this issue again.

My specs:

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X

GPU: RTX 3080 MSI Gaming Z Trio

Ram: 32 GB G.Skill 3600 MHZ

Mainboard: MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI

Storage: 2x 1TB M2 SSD Samsung 980 PRO

Game Ready Driver Ver: 527.56 (the latest)

    @djtalm try this:
disable Intel(R) UHD Graphics 770 in BIOS please !
Disconnect all hardware , only keep 1 mouse, 1 keyboard and 1 headset connected to youre computer. Also disconnect youre 2nd monitor (just to test if it is hardware related !!)

    Then follow instruction below:
    Memory+Motherboard+bios check part specs

Press Windows key + 'R' ,typ CMD
Press and hold down CTRL + SHIFT and press ENTER.
When User Account Control shows up, click Yes.
    Now enter this command:

wmic /output:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt memorychip list full&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt baseboard get product, Manufacturer&wmic /append:C:\mb_mem_bios_info.txt bios get smbiosbiosversion

At youre C: drive there is now a file called mb_mem_bios_info.txt post this file please !!!

    Thanks.

*Of course this is at everyone's own risk. Temporarily disabling the integrated (on-board) Intel HD graphics chip can work as a workaround, until the actual cause of the issue has been found. The exact cause of the issue doesn't have to be the Nvidia drivers, but other drivers (like the CPU) can also give issues.
