3 games in a row where I can't spawn or pick loadout!!!

Summarize your bug Selected to spawn in tank, doesn't spawn me in tank, instead stuck in loadout screen unable to spawn or pick loadout as loadouts are not showing and unable to edit them.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? maybe play the game yourselves.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable spawn, and so have to quit game, making it a game breaking bug.
What should be happening instead? should be able to be spawned in the vehicle chosen, and loadouts should be visible.
3 games in a row where I can't spawn or pick loadout, makes this a game breaking bug. I don't know if its the cutscene that screws it up, either way they need to remove the cutscene because its the definition of pointless . Devs probably looked at CoD Warzone and went "lets do that too".
Game is about to begin, I select to spawn in tank, I don't spawn in tank for whatever reason, I go through the pointless cutscene, and then I'm stuck on the loadout screen with the map overview, unable to spawn or pick my loadouts as they are not showing and am unable to access them to change them.
This bug also similar to or the same as the one before patch 1, where loadouts weren't showing but you'd be able to spawn, but only with 1 loadout throughout the game, being unable to change it.
