30-50 fps @ 1920x1080 with i512600k, 3060Ti and Win 11

Hey. I'm playing on a RTX 3060ti and 8-core Ryzen 7 3700x with 16 gb mhz. My settings in game is all low, dlss on, raytracing off and I just can't get more than 60-65 fps when I play AOW. In Battlefield 5 I would get 100-140 fps 1440p ULTRA settings. And sometimes higher when playing lower settings. I know BF2042 requires more CPU power but a 3700x should get more than 45 CPU FPS (can see in perfoverlay.drawfps 1 code in console). 

It's not just me. I can see that a lot of people are having problems caused by the badly CPU optimization in this game. Even people with RTX 3080 and 3090 with good CPUs are having problems.

I feel like this is one of the biggest problems in this game. This was also a problem in the beta and now in the released game. And I feel like we are hearing nothing about this from neither EA or DICE.

I've been in contact with the EA chat support and we tried to clear cache and do a clean reboot but nothing changed. This game really needs optimizing for the CPU performance because a lot of people are not happy with this.

This was a RAM issue where I lost half of it. Only 8 gig and the game require more than 10 up to 13 gig.

So now I have up to 120 fps on high.

Still alot of cpu usage and little gpu usage.

Summarize your bug I am getting unreasonably low fps on every graphics settings. I get the same stutter and 30-50 fps on every resolution, every presets, DLSS on or off, etc.. I searched the internet for a fix, then I found out people are experiencing the same thing as me on their gaming laptops, both Intel and AMD machines. I noticed that the GPU usage is at normal level when in game menu (almost 100%) and getting well over 100 fps. However, when in game, the GPU usage drops to about 40-50% average with a few occurrence of below 30%, and CPU usage went from 3X% to 50-60%. While most players with the same exact specs can get over 100 fps in game, the unfortunate ones like mine and some others (some even with 3070/3080) never get more than 50 fps. I suspect the game is using the wrong GPU (the integrated one) when in game, because sometimes I can see it utilizing the integrated GPU in task manager, but it may also just be a weird error in the game that caused this. I am not qualified to determine anything in this mater. I really hope this get fixed soon because I am a fan of Battlefield since 1942, I really want to experience the latest title in it's full potential.

Summarize your bug Getting average 50-65FPS (spikes to 40 at the lowest and 80 at the highest) on low settings most of the time with the following specs (attached DxDiag): Nvidia 3070 i7 9700k base clock 3.6 self boosting to 4.5Ghz+ 32GB RAM @ 3600 speed

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hop into a game with newer hardware and observe low frames... For some reason a friend with older hardware has double my FPS.
What happens when the bug occurs? Low FPS
What should be happening instead? I would think this hardware is capable of higher framerates.

There is something going on with the FPS of higher end hardware and I'm not the only one.
